"I stopped in and tried to get the paperwork around prepatory to shipping and receiving a handgun. To say that Jeff was less than helpful would be an understatement. He was less than helpful with all of it and it seemed as though I was interrupting something. When I had done the legwork for him and called the shop to relay more information, he openly mocked me over the phone."
