"Had some complications with my bank card, however, the representative, Ashley Miler, was very kind and friendly toward me and helped me fix my issue. It is very much appreciated, I highly recommend her services ! Jose Martinez the financial Relationship Banker was also very professional explaining my account issues I was having. Glad I chose to go through Huntington Bank as my bank choice."

"My husband and I have had Huntington bank for years. We love the people that worked at Paulding branch (before they closed it). Since they closed Paulding we have did most of our banking online but have had to go into a branch a few times most of those times the tellers have had bad attitudes in the past 2 months at the defiance branch. Today was my last time putting up with disrespect from defiance branch. I'm moving to a bank that cares. Until I have my accounts moved I'll drive to Bryan to bank with people that respect others."

"Literally right there with Wells Fargo for being the worst banking institution in America. "Overdraft protection" is actually "overdraft election" and they can pick and choose whether or not to honor their own contract's terms and conditions. I've banked with huntington for 13 years and have had a misc., thorn in my side issue every year with customer service being no help by always saying everything Is"per their discretion" It's per their discretion to deny service then I guess it's per MY discretion go bank with someone that respects their clients after 13 years"

"I don't know if all Huntington Banks are this bad but the customer service at this branch is horrible. I have been to this location twice to do nothing more than close my account and the first time waited 15 minutes and still couldn't get it accomplished. Just left again and there was six people waiting in the lobby with no employees in sight. Obviously understaffed. There are better Banks than this."

"If you have any kind of problem dealing with your account I wouldn't go to this branch! They are very good at acting as if they are trying to help and then explaining that nothing is their fault. They do not offer options on ways to correct the situation or how to prevent it in the future. And I had multiple pages of information with. Then when you are sick of explaining the situation for the fifth and sixth time, they will tell you that the situation is your fault and you need to leave. So if you enjoy customer harassment I would definitely go to this branch, because that is what you will get."
