"Twice I had a friend in the emergency room and needed to get there. #1 on a Saturday, shortly after 3pm. I was told they had closed early (normally close at 4pm). #2 on a Thursday, about 7pm. I was told they closed early, (normally close at 8pm). And the city helps support them.... So take their money away.... Never needed uber, lyft but guess I need to set them in my system."
