"I would not recommend 3 Rivers FCU to my worst enemy. There overdraft policy is to charge you fees for 30 days before notifying you. I was charged 39 overdraft fees and not notified once. Contacted customer service and they refused to do anything about it."

"I went in the bank with a problem I felt was impossible to fix on my own. A very sweet young lady named Morgan was able to help me. I'm over 60 and sometimes absent minded. Morgan was so kind in that not once made me feel bad like other banks have. This is where I'm going because of all the wonderful staff!!!"

"Horrible bank, lazy disrespectful tellers. My friend needed to cash his check, and lost his I’d. So he only ha da paper copy. They said they couldn’t open an account with a paper copy. so I said ok, I’ll open an account because i have my license right now. They refused to open an account for me, and even tho I said. Then he doesn’t need to be a joint card holder. Just open it in my name, and I’ll cash the check into the account. She then Proceeded to get snotty with me, and said “sir I’m just not going to open an account for you” have a good day. So we left. Awful service, rude people. Just an overall terrible experience. I’ve had nothing but issues with this location, and it’s manager. I wish I had gotten her name so I could call and complain. I work in customer service, and she is just an awful person. I've been a member at 3 Rivers since 2007 and I've always had great customer service! If you need a loan or want to open an account I highly suggest contacting Erin!"
