"We just had DM Electrical install two new electrical panels in our home (the old ones were the very unsafe Federal Pacific). DM's price was very competitive and their work was excellent. The installers were great and owner Tim was great to work with as always. DM has done a lot of work at a nonprofit's building for me in the past. "Very pleased with the work done by DM Electrical Services, Inc. I had electrical work started pre-COVID and that worker disappeared. Tim came out and inspected the work, assured me they would correct any deficiencies found and shortly after I received the estimate. Mark and Kyle arrived on time, Tim was on-site as well to ensure everyone was on the same page. They did a great job of adding two 240v air compressor / welder circuits, relocating a 240v 3-phase circuit as well as replacing the original electrical panel. They also brought my phase converter wiring up to code and ensured that my new equipment was correctly set up to run on the new 3-phase circuit. Two new grounding rods were placed to ensure proper grounding and compliance with electrical code. They cleaned up all debris and disposed of the old electrical panel for me. I can recommend them without reservation. Good work, good communication, great staff and a very competitive price. Well done!!"
"Got a quote and decent price, but tried for weeks to schedule updating my electric service. They were friendly people but the response time was awful. Was told several times they would call the next day and it would be a week before we got a call. Nothing but excuses, I could not trust them to upgrade my electric panel in a timely manner so I canceled."
"I requested a free estimate to install a bathroom fan. Tim (manager) called the next morning and scheduled a time the next day to come over and get eyes on the space and see what our exact needs were. He was friendly and personable and had a very reasonable quote to us very quickly. They were at our house within a week to do the installation and wiring. They were friendly, efficient and got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards with no drywall damage. The money I spent was very well worth it. Highly recommend!"
