"Very upset that they can’t take blame for their mistake!! I came in with a picture of exactly what pattern I wanted and what colors for my stamped concrete floor. They did not send some of the stamps to complete my Mariner Star Compass. Of course we did not notice until after coming home when the project was complete. When I went back to ask how we can fix it, my reply was “we have a young crew with a big turnover so they probably didn’t know any different”. No Appologies or discount…Nothing!! It was nobody else fault but theirs as our contractor even called in that morning and questioned it but was told that “that is was she ordered”. I had a big picture from their magazines to show exactly what I wanted…really! IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!! Please learn to take blame when it’s YOUR fault. Very frustrated!!!"
