"One of the worst places I have been too. They could barley understand what I was saying and then talked about me to the rest of my party when I left. And then told me there was a $3 convenience fee for using my card after my service. The lady scratched the tops of my feet during my pedicure with the nails and cut the corners of my nails and made me bleed. Not worth the time or money"

The nail technicians did a very nice job on my manicure The staff members are adept at providing nail care advice, including proper at-home maintenance techniques and product recommendations. Polishes were labeled and organized, store is clean, they were very sweet and listened to what I wanted. Very beautiful salon with an excellent staff!"

"Have been coming to Nails Creation since the day it opened! As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. The people were very nice as well. The salon provides complimentary hand massages or warm towel treatments, adding a luxurious touch to the experience. All of the the staff are very sweet and very professional."

"i made an appointment at 1pm for a full set of acrylics. i waited until 2pm because they "didn't have anyone that could do acrylics" a woman that did not give me her name took me and then asked me how long and i asked her to go a little bit longer but right after saying that she cut my nail much shorter than i had wanted. she got up out of her seat multiple times to go and talk to a coworker, answered a personal phone call while doing my nails, and stopped mid nail to scroll on her phone for 20 minutes. i was not out of the salon until 3:30. she pulled my cuticle so hard that i started bleeding, and got her thumb stuck to my nail from the glue and ripped it off(which hurt quite a bit). i had wanted a light sage green color but their only options were neon green or dark green(which was fine, i understand not everyone has every shade of every color) so i chose the dark green and when it was put on it was not as dark as i was hoping it would be, i asked if it would get darker with a second coat and she said yes, it did not. none of my nails are the same shape, they are clumpy, one has a drop of acrylic on the underside like it was not wiped off properly, and there is polish everywhere on the inside of my nails. i was then charged a 4$ fee for having to pay with my credit card instead of cash. everyone else in the salon seemed great but whoever this woman was was awful, did not give me a name or anything. awful job."
