"This place is a disaster. We ordered cabinets through them they delivered a our island and none of it was right and had to be sent back. The pantry cabinet that we ordered was suppose to be 36 inches and have 4 doors they sent us a 2 door 24 inch cabinet with 2 doors and no shelves. This place is a complete joke and I wouldn’t give them a dime of my hard earned money. So a update the cabinets were reordered it took two weeks for them to come in and they were the wrong cabinets again! This place is a joke and you guessed it I’m paying full price for this junk. Avoid this place at all costs."

"UPDATE 1/4/2019: After Francisco provided a refund on the 18th of December from the botched order, he advised they would order in the doors free of charge. In an attempt to make good on an initially bad experience, I appreciate that this company went above and beyond to make it right. Francisco follow-ed up, as he advised he would with updates on the order, and emailed me once they were in. He even offered to have them delivered, but as it was a small order I went ahead and picked them up. Francisco has been nothing short of professional and apologetic with this experience and may be this company's only saving grace. UPDATE 12/17/18: After receiving a call from a Francisco at the showroom today, he advised "he believed my order was never placed..." and then offered a discount to get them on order. I've been waiting around for 11 weeks now since I first walked into that place back in October, and the order was NEVER placed? The guy today was apologetic, but really didn't have any explanation other than they have a crummy process / system as to why my order was never placed--even though I was advised it was supposedly--twice. Even with a discount--Nope. No thanks. I'm awaiting a refund. I'll go somewhere else. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would not recommend anyone order anything from this small showroom, it deserves 0 stars. I placed a very simple order for some replacement cabinet doors for my kitchen. Not only did Kay Firm lie about when the order was actually placed, she did not follow-up with an acknowledgment date and claimed she did not have any way of confirming when they would come in. First, I was advised the order was placed on October 11th and that it would be 4 weeks lead time from that date. Then, I was advised the order was never placed because of a mix-up of when they actually ran my credit card, so then it was supposedly placed November 4th, so I was advised it would be 4 weeks from that date. Each time I was advised that Kay would call to advise me when they would be in and each time I was the one reaching out. No call, no email. And it's going on 7 weeks now since the beginning of November. Don't waste your time here."
