"Slow, but steady. Many ppl in here, but the clerks are getting them in and out and I can't be too impatient or else I won't stay and take care of my business. Lol. All good fr."

"I’m guessing it’s a joke when you call their phone numbers listed. They tell you there is an hour wait, that’s terrible. I called several of their numbers and each phone number gave the same answer. I can only imagine what the elderly think when they hear that message, shame on them. I expect better service since it is our government. Oh I forgot, it’s not like the old days when the government did their job and worked for the people. So sad ☹️"

"I try to get a hold of my caseworker and he has not return my calls at all. Then calling in to the office and they are not helpful at all. It's like my concerns are not important and just push me on the back burner."

"The office is convenient and usually there is no wait but it's really hit or miss if you get someone who is helpful. The first time I went the lady who helped me in the window closest to the door was unhelpful and flat out lied to me. Fortunately the next time I went it was a different person who was very helpful, when I told her what the other person told me is when I realized the previous person completely lied to me for no reason. I have no idea why you would lie like that, all it did was make my life difficult and got her out of 5 minutes of work helping me."

"I've recently needed to update records with Social Security, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and quick service at this office. Even the security guard was friendly and helpful. There were around 4 people ahead of me, but I was still in and out in less than 20 minutes. I was able to find a nearby parking space, so in all, this was quick and convenient."
