For three consecutive weeks I’ve been told that their delivery driver and appraiser for trades is a bus driver and is just extremely busy and they cannot give me a date, nor do they call and let you know they’re still working on getting you an appraisal. Sadly, I’m done trying to buy a new mower from Lee’s… makes me wonder how their service would be. “I’ll find someone else who understands customer service and wants my business”"
