"A woman came with a van and samples thrown in the back of the vehicle. It looked so unprofessional but I gave the woman a chance. When she measured our stairs, she actually opened up a closed bedroom door at the top of our landing..second floor. How invasive! I yelled and said for her to close it, she finished and I said GOODBYE! Her nosy and unprofessional behavior was enough for me. I also think it's tacky to continuously put flyers in my mailbox. There is no soliciting in the neighborhood so STOP."

"The flooring was good but the installation was horrible. We have had nothing but problems since it was installed. I have called Premier Floorz at least seven times and never received a response. After spending thousands of dollars, I now have to hire another company to fix it. Do not use this company. They are not reputable."
