"Went to the Applegrove Store to have a stain match. Associate Zak, made this experience very nice. Matching stain is very frustrating and needs a lot of patience, for both the customer and the associate attempting to do the match. Zak worked very hard to match and had a lot of patience. I commend him for taking the time and working very hard to satisfy the customer. This is the type of employee every employer in retail needs to have. Great job Zak!! Keep it up. And thank you."

"So first of all you get what you pay for. Their paint is certainly more expensive (and better) than paint at the home depot. On top of that, they have much better/attentive customer service. I had an exterior shutter paint matched and it was too dark, brought the gallon back in and they spent a good amount of time working with it to get the color right and didn’t seem annoyed or like they didn’t have the time to help me. This is how you get repeat customers."

"Everyone that works at this store that I've had contact with (North Canton, OH, Applegrove is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have purchased close to 2 dozen gallons or more of paint/stain in the last year or so. I am very happy with Sherwin Williams paint, the best paint I've ever used, you get what you pay for. The manager and assistant manager were very helpful when I had an issue with some of my paint and took care of all of my concerns. One time when we were there, we were having an issue trying to pick a paint color. There was a regional representative for Sherwin Williams and she helped us pick out the perfect paint color. :)"
