"Tried charging me $30 for 4 10oz tubes of painters caulk. I told them there was no way The employee rescanned the caulk & said 2 were $10 a piece & the other 2 were $8 something. I told her there is no way. The marked price on the shelf was $4.09 for the Sherwin brand which is still ridiculous but far from $10 a piece & the off brand was $3.09 The employee went back & checked & said ‘I can do $4.79 a piece for all of them’ Was there a secret camera or something filming? Was that a joke? So confused. Highend painters caulk at menards is $4 Why would I pay high end price for something I am going to paint?"
"Staff is super friendly and helpful! This is my favorite SW location to go to, and it's all thanks to the awesome staff! Would highly recommend to anyone! Their products are unbeatable, and the staff is always able to answer any questions I have!"
"Asked to have paint ready for pick up after work. Arrived at 5:55pm. Doors were already locked. Person inside was out of sight. Called at 5:56pm. No answer. If you plan to close at 5:45.....signs should reflect that. Very ticked that the employee couldn't be bothered for a 100.00 sale."
"I shopped at the lake more store. I did an epoxy floor on my garage floor. We used the grey with salt and pepper flakes. The when we did the clear coat. The clear coat was a little milky and some spots. Zach the store manager and the sales rep came to my house 45 minutes away from there store to see for them selves. They then advised me how to fix and gave me all the kits for free along with everything I needed to redo the floor. They get 5 stars from me if I could leave 10 stars I would."
