"Awful! I told the cashier I get a veteran's discount. He rung my order up and forgot to apply my benefit. Told me I had to go to service desk for my 30 dollar refund. I spent more time there waiting for my refund than I spent shopping for $300 of bathroom accessories and waiting in a 6 person check out line. The pro desk was at least a 7 or 8 wait ahead of me. And it took him at least 30 minutes to figure out how to do it. And after all this, I'd still rather shop here than Lowes. 2 stars today!!!"
