"I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received during my recent visit to the Fairlawn store. I went to another LL store prior to my visit and unfortunately, the customer service I experienced there was quite disappointing. However, my experience with Kaitlyn at the Fairlawn store was completely different. She not only listened attentively to my concerns, but she also took the necessary steps to ensure that my needs were met to the fullest extent. Kaitlyn went above and beyond by personally ordering the flooring I needed and even checked the color to guarantee it was a perfect match before I arrived at the store to pick it up. I was extremely impressed when she went the extra mile and sent me a picture of the matching floor alongside the sample, allowing me to visualize the final result beforehand. Her dedication and commitment to excellent customer service truly stood out."

"Search online, great phone rep, processed order to pickup at local store. Local employees act like customers are a burden. 1st time entered, employees are gathered discussing their own plans had to intturpt them for help, and turns out the manager was part of the group ignoring customers. Wouldnt you know they gave me the wrong product. 2nd time manager felt burdened that I was there to pick up 30 mins before close. She already locked the doors and they didn't want to work. She made me feel like I was a Burden. 3rd time. They decided to close early. Meanwhile they are still trying to give me damaged goods. The guy cries to me that he doesn't want to wait around because I have to physically check my order since they can't use their own eyes to know what they grabbed is wrong items and damaged product. Telling my bank to deny this transaction since it seems like I'm a burden to LL Flooring because they can't seem to get my order right. I'm not the one grabbing damaged goods off shelf handing them to a customer. I'm the person getting handed stuff pointing out he didn't even inspect what he is grabbing. What I thought was going to be a great experience turned into a nightmare. They only exchange full boxes, so after checking 110 planks, returned 60 planks defective, of these 60 new, 3 boxes (30 planks) defective (dumb kid grabbed the edge ones with banding strap damage so they all need returned). Since they can't just open boxes to replace a bad plank they just keep swapping it out for new cases. Hello, opening 1 box to replace 1-2 bad boards is more efficient, than needing 10, so 3 in the box where actually good, but I needed 10 to exchange. So new boxes have 20% failure, meaning I still got on average 2 bad boards per box. They can come pick up their product they have burdened me enough by failing to complete things right 3 times in a row."

"In March 2022, I purchased roughly 342sqft of Homeland Hickory LVP. This product is absolutely atrocious. It was difficult to install resulting in more than 20% waste, exceeding the average. Numerous boxes were damaged on delivery directly from warehouse to store. Less than two years later, I have literal spits and cracks running through the center of at least 10% of the product on a level subfloor. Not to mention, even when installed correctly, it is in fact NOT waterproof. The product is no longer available to purchase even a spare box to replace broken planks out of pure desperation to prolong replacing entirely. I have sent an email to customer care that includes my original invoice stating 30 year warranty and offered to provide time stamped photos at their request. I will update my review once a response is received."

"Frank at the Fairlawn store was a huge help. The staff isn't pushy or in a hurry. They are friendly, informed, and relaxed. The experience was great. This place went the extra mile, helping me find other LL locations that had a discontinued product in stock, and we were able to source exactly what we wanted at a great price!"
