"Called a few times from 8am-8:30 Noone answers, I arrive at 8:40 with 2 seemingly grumpy employees. No customers in the store, and she tells me they do not sell the bejamin moore paint I was calling for. Thanks for wasting my precious time in the morning when I have 4 employees on the clock. I'll drive further to Turneys or Dunn's."

"Went to buy and handful of things. My child had to go to the bathroom. The worker stated they don't have a bathroom and was a bit snarky. I will drive an extra 10 minutes to Turneys hardware in Chesterland. They have a much wider selection, friendlier staff and bathrooms when a child needs to go."

Each time the staff has been extremely helpful, going above & beyond what most people might do to help. On one occasion the manager was juggling multiple responsibilities & customers, but still made time to personally walk with me & help solve my problem. The staff here have made each experience a good one, and I am grateful for their help!"

"I called the head to ask if they had a certain type of washer. The staff was very helpful and went to check so that when I arrived it was ready to go. I've stopped in this ace a few times for different things and so far they've had everything I wanted and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful."
