I'd tried some other wrenches from other places, but they were all too thick to fit the crevice I needed. Well, I mentioned this predicament to the sales associate who quickly showed me a wrench, WITHOUT mentioning that this store does not accept returns! Lo and behold, the wrench I purchased was still too thick to fit, and now I'm swindled some hard earned cash because the employee, knowing that I was trying different tools, neglected to mention a store policy. Shame on you. You should make the no returns policy much clearer before purchase."
