"Do not recommend. Have been a loyal Customer , but am very disappointed in the lack of Customer Service I received on an issue I am having with my remote blind. I was informed I would be charged $95 to have someone look at the blind. This shows their lack of Customer Support. Tom the installed never responded to my calls or emails to schedule an appointment. MaryAnn never informed of this fee. I was informed when I called the store to ask why Tom was not responding to my calls."
