"My experience was completely opposite of Mr. Estrada's (3-year-old) review. A contractor and I both contacted IDI numerous times to order formaldehyde-free insulation, but each call produced a different answer, and the order was NOT recorded or ready for pickup. I called 3 times to pay over the phone, preferring to pay directly over giving $ to a contractor. Each time they said they'd have to call me back with a total, NEVER called back, then told the contractor he'd have to pay at pickup because the credit card had to be present. With the exception of my initial inquiry, I found this company very unprofessional and will order the rest of my insulation elsewhere. I only give them a "2" based on good initial contact and not requiring me to purchase an entire pallet like Home Depot said."
