"I’m done with True Value. I can’t spend/give my money to a bunch of liars and cheats. If you google search this place comes up as a Stihl dealer like all other True Values, but their actually have zero Stihl products. I could of saved myself 20min if they would of just been honest on their store description when you google them. If you do a little bit of research you come to find out that Do It Best, HomeDepot, even Lowes have better selection/ better prices. Fortunately for me I can honestly say this was the last time i will ever step foot inside a True Value."

"Took delivery of grill. (Was not home) Was assured it would be clean and perfect as it was floor model. Assist Mgr's words. Grill gets dropped off. Finger prints all over, dirt, grime, and appears liquid was spilled on it. Had to tighten a majority of the screws and bolts. And clean it. Thanks for the used grill. Never again."

"My mother needs to go to the hardware stores once in a great while. Home Depot and Lowe’s are just to big for her as she has to use a walker to get around. When she goes to True Value its almost impossible for her to open the door to enter. Couldn’t they just install an automatic opener"
