"We gave them our deposit in November 22 for a fence to be built in February of 23. We are now 2 days away from June 23 with absolutely nothing. Nothing. We only get excuses, "updates", when we take the time to bug them over the phone or email. A gentleman came out last month, measured our yard again, sprayed directions, flagged it, and said it should be started the following Wednesday. It has now been another entire month. They'll be REAL QUICK though when it comes to signing paperwork and accepting your deposit. They'll real be responsive and professional then. It took us 7 months but we got our fence and it's great! As the earlier review has articulated in more depth than me they just really need to work on communication. EDIT: I removed another star because the gates to our fence that we were TOLD they could provide are not the gates they ACTUALLY provided. I thought that maybe what we had asked for wasn't possible or too hard... until I saw one of our neighbor's new fence with the exact gates we had wanted and told we would get..."

"Bellbrook fence is a quality company to work with. Everyone we spoke with at the office was professional and easy to work with. The crew was efficient and did a great job. We are very happy with the look and quality of our 6 ft privacy fence. We had to wait longer than we initially anticipated to have the fence installed which is understandable, but communication regarding the delays could have been better. Overall we are very pleased with our fence and would recommend BellBrook Fence."

"Do not recommend. Caroline and Rob (or maybe it is Ron) will not respond once they have your money. Our project was delayed because they did not order materials for three months, and only did so after I called for an update. After actually installing the fence another 2 months later I had to ask them to come back several times because there were several missing parts of the fence, other parts were not secured and blew away due to the wind, and some were installed incorrectly. Also, one of the posts is significantly tilted. I contacted them several times about it and get no response. Use any company but Bellbrook Fence."
