"My AC stopped working and I was able to call at 11pm and get scheduled for an appointment the next day. I had tried to fix it myself, inadvertently messing up some wiring in my thermostat. Zach was very kind and knowledgeable. Within an hour he fixed the wiring I had messed up, fixed the original problem, and taught me a preventative step I can take to avoid the problem in the future. He also helped me understand some things about my house and AC unit that I didn't know before. That surprised me, because I have had two other solid HVAC companies come here before! It just felt like Zach took a couple extra minutes to help me understand. I really appreciated that."
