"Unorganized. Quality work is great but material not to sure about when it comes to the carpeting. Scheduling is outrageous however, Covid did play a roll in that. Communication is not the greatest. I have carpeting that is starting to buckle or get loose at the seam which is almost in the middle of the room. Really? Not very happy and still trying to get results on this issue. Been 3 weeks now with no response back after telling me they would have someone come and look."
