"They did a great job for us. They installed a sump pump, perimeter drains, a new vapor barrier, and drilled weep holes. They did all this quickly and at a good price. I have no complaints and would use them again."
"They were and continue to be a Godsend. My home is an old schoolhouse that is on a crawlspace, but has a partial basement that was dug later to accommodate mechanical. The water intrusion has been atrocious due to a high water table. The basement is only like 200 SF, so I really didn't want to spend my life savings on an unfinishable space. The pricing was beyond fair, I'd say 1/3 of the other quotes I was getting, if not better. The communication has been stellar every step of the way. It was a huge mess obviously, but they took great care to clean up after themselves. Any time since the work has been completed that I have texted Jay he has responded right away and answered any questions I had. Would 10000% call them for any basement/foundation work needed in the future."

"After many recommendations and quotes I decided to go with Jay Butts with JB Foundations. I've lived in sterling for four years, my basement flooded even with the smallest amount of rain. Jay and his crew did an excellent job and I'm happy to say with all the storms we've had recently my basement is the driest it's been in four years. They trenched around my whole basement and installed a sump pump well. He did a good job of explaining the process and ensuring I was happy with the final product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone experiencing basement issues, Jay is a good dude and I don't know if any large company can beat his price and offer a one year warranty. Disclaimer, it is a very messy project but his crew did a good job cleaning up the mud"
