"BEWARE!! I placed an order with Florida tile weeks ago. The day we were to begin our project, Austin called and told me that our shower tile has been placed on a month long back order! Yes, a month. Luckily, we hadn’t torn our costumers shower out. We were minutes from doing so. I immediately informed our costumer of the bad news. She was not happy. However, we found a solution. Same color tile, different size. We agreed that it would still look as great. Crisis averted. .. so I thought. Just now ( weeks after we purchased our floor and wall tiles ) Austin calls me back and tells me that now the shower floor tile has been placed on a month long back order. Then proceeds to attempt to talk over me and blame the other company. Yes, blame the other company. With no resolve. They are making sales and taking people’s money for products that they aren’t even sure they can get. This is very deceitful and wrong. Be aware. If you purchase from here for a project, GET YOUR MATERIAL IN HAND BEFORE BEGINNING ANY WORK!!"

"They don't do good business. I bought $400 worth of subway tile for clients kitchen backsplash and the glase was ran over one edge of each tile making the integrated spacer to large on that edge. When I called and mentioned it to them the lady acted like I didn't know what I'm talking about and told me to bring it back so she can see if I'm telling the truth."
