"The guy there did not want to speak to us… I guess that my business was not worth this dude’s time… He told me that “concrete can explode if I use it on my hearth”. I don’t know what this guys credentials are, but I am a weapon and explosive ordnance operator; (veteran). These folks are radically incompetent. I have never dealt with a more lazy and unprofessional organization. This location was located off U.S. 25 in Northern Kentucky… I will make sure no one I know does business with you. Furthermore I don’t know of anyone who would."
