"After purchasing 10 gallons of paint for our house, (at No small cost), I also wanted to purchase the trim color. I was told it was not in stock. Two days later, my husband called and was told it was back in stock. He went to purchase and the store refused to give him the 30% that we would have gotten two days previously had the paint been available. He did not tell me about that until today, so I tried calling to speak to someone. I called 4 times and let the phone ring until it cut itself off. No one answered the phone, even though it was only 4 p.m. I have been a SW customer for years. We painted our last house, a 3-story Victorian with it. However I am officially done with them."
