"Recently paid a visit to Morris Bean & Co. to reach out to the owner. My co-worker and I were told we need to speak with Brian. We got to the front door and could not open the door; either it was locked, the door was jammed, or the wind was making it difficult to open. We saw some employees walking in so asked them if we could speak to Brian and explained that the doors were locked. They were very polite and went inside to get someone for us. We were standing by the front door waiting when we blonde woman walked around and threw her and up at us and make a snotty face. We pointed to the doors and said they were locked. She huffed rudely, threw her papers on a desk. She then walked up to the first set of doors, flung them open then shoved the second set of doors open while yelling that "the doors are unlocked!" We explained that we could not get the doors open. She then began to rudely ask what we wanted with Brian and that anything we wanted we would have to take it up with her and rudely dismissed us to leave. She had no idea if we were clients, there for a meeting, or anything of the sort but was instantly rude and abrasive. There definitely needs to be an attitude clean up in the offices! By far the worst experience I have had with any business in my life!"
