"DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. I spent $400 here getting the ultimate spa package. The massage & facial was amazing, the ambiance was perfect. When it came down to getting my mani pedi, my lady was super nice. My nails did NOT come out to my liking (it happens) the next day I noticed the top coat didn’t cover my entire nails and my nails began to chip/ paint came off of my entire thumb. I called in and they were able to schedule me for a fixing. Great customer service. I came in and the director did my nails, I told her what the issues were. She sanded the color down with a nail file, then applied nail polish on top. That’s fine I’m not to worried about that… she then applied one layer of polish and then applied the top coat, it again did not cover my entire nails. She literally globed it on so thick. So I’m dealing with the same issues again, and wasted more of my time. Now I have to go to a different nail salon that I actually trust to fix this mess. I would say that I would return to get a massage but I won’t, completely turned off by this place now."

"My friend and I booked double services so we could celebrate our birthdays together and we were thrilled to be able to do so at Glenmoor Spa. The customer service was nice, everyone was more than friendly and helpful and greeted us with smiles. However, we experienced a few points of dissatisfaction: SCHEDULING: We felt the rush that each staff member was in, and instead of receiving full services, I had to get one of them condensed. When you’re at a spa, paying top dollar, the scheduling component should be ironed out. It seemed like a few staff members were doing everything instead of having a fully staffed team. SERVICE: My friend had to condense her hour facial down to an 1/2 hour because the bed was uncomfortable. Like, why? Comfort should be the bare minimum standard. Despite each staff being professional we both felt like we had better facials, massages, and nail services elsewhere which was so disappointing. It made us wonder if everyone was staying up on their continuing education. You got to stay up on your game ladies and gents! The services don’t necessarily match the price tag. DECOR: And the biggest deterrent for us was the 80’s vibe. Not in the cute - “we’re making a come back” kind of a way, but “this is what has always worked for us, and we’re not changing” kind of a way. Not a vibe. Updates direly needed design and function. THINGS WE ENJOYED: the people, our lunch, and I complimentary beverages."
