"I worked there for 2 1/2 years. There is basically no HR department and everything seems to “fly by the seat of your pants”. There is no real structure within the organization itself and you are left to figure everything out on your own. I was also shorted $400 on my final paycheck. I also worked here through the 3rd quarter and was not given a profit-sharing bonus. During my 2 1/2 years there I saw approximately a 50% turnover rate…which comes as no surprise due to a “hands off” type of management approach. I do not recommend working for this company AT ALL."
