"We had a wonderful experience with Potter’s, my mother ordered carpet and flooring for her mobile home, the contractor came on time and was very efficient, he knew his job well! We had a Thunder Storm mid day and the electric went out, he continued to work w/o electric until he couldn’t go any further and came back Saturday morning to finish the job! Very Pleased!"
"I would highly recommend Potter’s flooring! The owner, Brian, went above and beyond to meet with me. My availability of time, as I am sure holds true with a lot of customers, is very sporadic and short!! He fit our needs into his schedule and ours. A problem arose on our part with the floor under the old carpet being wet. Instead of just laying the carpet on top of the wet floor they notified us of the problem so we could fix it so the new carpet would not be affected! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, the professionalism, and the courtesy shown by Brian and Steve, (the installer). Great Job!!"
