"Chris from Superior Drainage has been out to service our septic twice- and both times he was kind, took the time to both understand and explain our system to us, and approached everything in a very thoughtful way. We’d had another company out previously who didn’t even pump the correct tank, and that other company was very unapologetic in their mistake. Superior Drainage could not have been a more different and POSITIVE experience. On his first trip to our home Chris called the city to be sure where things were positioned on our property.
