"We would’ve never gotten one of the big box companies to come out and give us the evaluation of our water heater or install it on the same day. Jason, our technician and master plumber, was phenomenal! He evaluated the situation with our old water heater, (over 50 years old) and told us the options of future water heaters/tankless water, heaters, both Electric, and gas, which allowed us to make an educated decision. He was able to pick up a brand new water heater for us and install it, plus remove the old water heater! His work was truly professional, as was he."
