"I'm the customer that Jenifer Bemis claimed fired her because of something Steve said. This is totally untrue. Steve did her and me a favor after her plumber got to busy. He did not say her fixtures were cheap! The only thing he ever said was that there was a very small defect in the sink. He did this to protect himself. He did a very nice job on very short notice and her review was a cheap shot. By-the -way I never fired her, I just decided not to use her in the future for reasons having nothing to due with Independence plumbing"

I had a leaking main line valve and instead of them charging me to come out, Steve gave me direction on how to stop the leak until I could get them out to repair it. Business stated they had several emergencies pop up, and could not even commit to coming out the next day. Appreciated the honesty when the woman told me I should consider finding a different plumber, but wow was I blown away in a negative way."

"TOP CLASS SERVICE!!! It was snowing like crazy and my hot water heater went out. I called another plumbing company and after waiting 3 hrs the guy never showed up. I called Steve and he was at my door within 30 minutes. He was friendly and efficient with his work. He had all the equipment needed to install a new water heater. Steve even waited around to make sure everything was working properly. As a father of 2 young kids (ages 5 and 1), Steve's willingness to show up and show out is greatly appreciated."
