Both Michelle and Mark were so friendly and helpful while I was there, helping to evaluate what colors to pull (and not pull) from the floor sample I was matching. Five star service! "As a journeyman painter Sherwin Williams was once my go to. However, I find that Home Depot has lower prices for any paint or tool you will need. However, The reps can answer most of your paint questions."

"Just hung up the phone with Ryan at this store. I have dealt with him before as well as this stores' other staff but today he seemed to be frustrated and it showed as his frustration came through the phone. He wasn't helpful and not very obliging. I tried to give the store the courtesy of calling in a semi-big paint order ahead of time so that when I show up later(well, not anymore, I'll go elsewhere), they wouldn't be doing this big order 30 minutes before close. I was asking him questions about what paints they had available, as apparently they don't have the contractor grade paint in stock, and when I started asking him about pricing differences that's when it became apparent he didn't want to be talking to me and obviously doesn't care about sales. He probably has no idea his attitude and lackluster character and problems have now caused someone else to have undue frustration and problems because I was counting on using some rare time off to paint all night tonight and tomorrow. Now I am not even sure if I will be able to do that. Only reason for 2-stars instead of 1-star is I know they can do better."

"I've haven't been painting for very long but I can tell that it's of great quality and I enjoy working it everyday. I haven't personally had a customer experience with them; but I can vouch that there where couple of late nights where they had mixed up various paints just before they close for us. CLUTCH! And on every occasion they could match the paint color we needed. Just from a third person point of view I could see they were 5☆"
