He sold me the battery, set up an appointment for a week later, no hang-ups or hold-ups. All went smooth and according to schedule. The installer, Jared, who I believe is also a “hybrid Specialist” came out to my place, which was several hours for him. He had everything he needed. He was prompt, polite, informative, patient and above all, respectful. A very, very nice young man. The job was quick, easy, and I learned a few things along the way, all while plying 20 questions with Jared, who didn’t even blink. "For far too long I scratched my head wondering what was wrong with my Prius until Greentec replaced my high voltage traction battery and backed up their warranty with excellent caring customer service, in contrast with Toyota dealer service advisors, who often act like they have never heard of a hybrid car, or else they treat the hybrid car just like an internal combustion engine car without considering the differences. "I recently had Greentec install a hybrid battery in my 2008 Prius. From start to finish everyone I spoke to or saw was polite and professional. The Installation Tech Jared was great. He answered all my questions,and got the job done in about an hour. Not only did they have the best price around but the best warranty too( that u didn't have to pay $600 for). I would Absolutely recommend them."

"I was surprised when my original EV battery in my Camry Hybrid died after only 108,000 miles. My dealer wanted about $5,000 to replace it and they didn't say if the replacement was new or rebuilt. Greentec did the job for about half the price, for a brand new battery. The tech they sent out had a 2 hour drive from Cleveland to Pittsburgh to get to me. He did the job in my back yard in about an hour and 50 minutes. Jared was amazing. Not only did he do a great job, but he was friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and show me the conformation of the problem with the old battery, something my dealer didn't do. My new battery is working perfectly and I have confidence that I can look forward to many more years of service from my Camry. It was a pleasure to do business with these people. The only downside was that in my case it took nearly a week for my battery to come in. The dealer might have taken just as long or even longer."

"I’m glad that I found this business. It saved me $2k. My Honda Civic 2008 needed a battery. I went to the dealer and they quote me about $3k. It made no sense to spend this kind of money on an old car. After searching the web I found Greentec Auto. I called and gave them the code. Bruce got me on his schedule and got me on the road in less than an hour. For $995 it was totally worthy. It comes with 1 year warranty. If the refurbished battery fails, they’ll replace it. Great service, great price, and very professional. Anybody with an aging Hybrid vehicle should know about this place."
