"Leek Pipe Organ Company did a restoration and cleaning of our 36 rank Schantz organ at St. Paul Lutheran in Napoleon, OH. They were very sensitive to the unique needs of a congregation including funding and multiple viewpoints in decision making. They offered multiple ways to make sure everyone understood the process and were happy with the process. We had some issues with cyphers due to the new mechanisms installed (which we had expected and they had explained may happen) and they were always very responsive in coming out and making adjustments as necessary. Overall, we have been very happy with the service Leek has provided as they continue to tune and maintain our instrument."

"As the music director at First Presbyterian Church in Barberton, Ohio, we have had excellent service from the Leek Pipe Organ Co since they restored our pipe organ 7 years ago. For example, after choir rehearsal Thursday night a cipher occurred and would not go away. I called and left a message that night. James Leek, himself, was there the next day and quickly fixed the problem. I could not ask for any better service. We were very pleased to have our organ working for our Sunday service."

"I knew John G. P. Leek, James' father, for years. He was a wonderful man; a talented craftsmen, and a genuine friend. James learned his craft from his father well and has propelled Leek Pipe Organ Company solidly into the future. I am certain John looks on with pride. I certainly do. Thank you James for serving us with integrity and expertise. I wish you, Natalie and your staff much success."

"James Leek was wonderful to give a tour to my high school age son who is exploring career options, particularly ones that involve music. He explained how it works, showed him an organ and talked about its history, and hearing how it sounds. My son was glad to learn what skills he would need to work on to work in this field."

"Thank you to James Leek and his team of technicians for their professionalism, service and care for our organ at First Presbyterian Church of Willoughby. It is a pleasure to be working with such a knowledgeable and dedicated group of people. They always arrived on time, took the time to explain what they were doing, and finished this summer’s project on schedule. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with Leek Pipe Organ Company for the care of our organ."
