"Russ is the best!! He has taken care of my family since we were kids and now that I have a home of my own he's the first to call. Our furnace stopped working during these insanely cold temps and he came the same day to inspect. It required a part he didn' have but he was back the next day to fix and clean everything up. Whenever he's busy he calls to check in and say he hasn't forgotten about us, but that other issues may have popped up. I trust him and love supporting someone local. Thank you Russ!!"
"I was so impressed with Russ. I called, and he was here in just a few hours to take a look at my furnace, which wasn't heating and wasn't running. Turns out, two birds had found their way in. He removed them easily and had me up and running in no time. He was so nice, polite, the price was affordable, and he even gave my dogs a biscuit. Definitely will call him again."

"Use huge! More professional. Russ is a cocky joke. Told me to install a used furnace myself. I did the 80$ diagnostic check and he just never got back to me with what was wrong. He said "i have to check a few things" and left. That's it. He made fun of my older furnace, which is soo unprofessional. I was embarrassed by the time he was done. I will NOT be using Berea Heating and cooling ever again. For shame Russ, you left my family cold."
