"The repair man had NO idea of how to fix my washer door that would not shut correctly or explain why soap leaks out of the door onto my floor. He blamed the new rubber gasket for the door not closing correctly. He said just use hot water to make the gasket not leak! I’m furious he could have cared less about repairing my washer. He kept complaining that he had four more stops to go today. The repairman left without fixing the problem. My washer door is still not shutting correctly and soap keeps leaking out on the floor."
"The technician was very professional and was on time, did the job in a timely manner. Calling Sears Warranty is the pits I been with the company for 8 to10 yrs. and very difficult to get a live person to help. There’s no prompt for your need (example) rescheduling. I’m canceling my warranty I’m hoping there’s not a problem doing that."
