"Easily the worst flying experience I’ve ever had unfortunately. Wish 0 was an option for the stars. Every single employee in the airport was rude and they definitely did not want to be there. (Which after my experience I see why) Took about 45 minutes for the luggage to come out like they got lost or something in the small airport. Then once they come out the wheels snapped clean off on one, and the handle of another is out and bent to the point where it wont close. Also allegiant airlines in that airport has some of the worst staff I’ve dealt with and most inexperienced workers. We sat in line for an hour and a half while they checked in people from a different flight that were supposed to take off after us, all while training a new employee. Then they told us all to skip check in and go straight to TSA, which ended up costing us over $1000 worth of stuff from our bags because of it and they almost made us miss our flight even though we were an hour and a half early. So by them screwing around then telling us to go to TSA without checking in is what costed us the most. I don’t think any of the 15 of us will be flying out of Akron Canton and or with allegiant ever again. The best part about all of this is that no one from the company will care or do anything about it. Overall Just dissatisfied and disappointed."
