"I recommend you avoid Rick at all costs. He rude, condescending, and unorganized. Probably the worst experience I’ve had with a business. Not a sliver of customer service. This is not even including the fact our mower only worked the day he rode it over to us. A week later it wouldn’t turn over. He comes to take a look and just wants to charge us more and force us to have more painful interactions with him. No thanks, we will take it elsewhere."

"I dropped my Briggs & Stratton walk-behind off for an end-of-summer tune-up, mentioned in passing that I work nights & was at the start of an 11 day workweek so there was no rush. Rick considerately waited until 3pm on my first day off to call me so as to not wake me up early! When I went to pick up my machine it was so shiny I hardly recognized the thing! Oil change, new spark plug, sharpened & balanced blade, gas tank cleaned out, & pressure washed for a ridiculously reasonable fee. They even cleaned the carburetor! 10 out of 10 would recommend & will be back next fall!"
