"Every single aspect of our work trip that this company touched was an unmitigated disaster. Excessively long layovers when they could’ve been short, and excessively short layovers when it could cause us to miss international flights. There was absolutely NOTHING about this that was smart, affordable or comfortable. Rancid horrid experience."
