"Gas company shut my gas off on 7/19, called Ross on 7/20a.m. explained my situation and what I needed...waited for tech to call me. CALL Ross on 7/24..again.. same situation. NO RETURN CALL FROM TECH WHAT SOEVER. 7/25 called again at 2 p.m. and told them I no longer need their services. I was told the answering service never relayed messages to the owner or the tech. It doesn't take 4 business to send a message to site. STILL HAVE NO GAS. Can't wait any longer."

They are also pretty reasonably priced as well.This is a family owned and operated business. From the wife who answers the calls and sets the appointments, the husband who is the owner and the son-in-law and other workers, these are good people and I would recommend them to anyone.
