He explained in detail every step he was taking to diagnose furnace problem and once primary problem was identified, causing the system not to stay on, repaired it quickly. He then went a step further and ensured the filter was clean and the heat settings were correct. He identified a problem that was there since installation from another servicer that didn't allow the system to operate most efficiently. It was a quick fix also. The cost was very affordable. Seiter advised us when to expect him, and their notice included a photo of him. He not only fixed the issue, but also explained everything in detail. It was very much appreciated given the fact that boilers & radiant heat in a home is a bit uncommon unless you live overseas or in a large city. Their scheduling process also deserves some recognition. They kept me well informed with play-by-play texts confirming the appointment, reminding me the night before and morning of the appointment, and one last text to note when the technician was on their way.
