"Nice enough. Wholesale, so not sure how it works. Would love for the person sharing the slabs of product to not say she does not do this or does not do that or she knows nothing about that. I believe there should be categories. One being premium expense through least expensive number five. If I pick out three and they are all three over budget, then why pick anything at all. There were discrepancies regarding the attributes of granite, quartzite, quartz, marble that are vastly different from everything I had learned by researching and my own previous experience."

"Gordon Creek Granite saved me from a nightmare experience buying quartz through a big box retailer (Menards). I purchased my quartz through Menards and used their recommended installer (Ron King). Well, it was a nightmare. The color was wrong, which I caught, some of the edges had no edge on them, which I caught, then the template was wrong, then the island countertop kept being delayed indefinitely. We ended up having to switch colors in order to get it in. Finally, all of the tops come in and then the installer bails on us. Left us in a horrible bind because no other installers or companies wanted the job because they didn't do the measurements or we didn't buy from them, even if I was willing to sign something saying I wouldn't hold them liable if the measurements were wrong. Well, then I was referred to Gordon Creek Granite! Michelle Penny was amazing and helped us. She got us set up with installation within a week!!! AND IT WAS CHEAPER THAN THE QUOTE WE HAD FROM THE PREVIOUS INSTALLER! The installers were very professional and did an amazing job. They had 2 seam setters and were very knowledgeable. I am so thankful to Gordon Creek Granite. DON'T BUY BIG BOX GRANITE OR QUARTZ! IT ISN'T WORTH IT!!"

"We ordered Counter’s they delivered a mismatch color corners not cut correctly marketer tried to manipulate us to believe the stone color would change in time... ultimately she hung up on us and said they would not return. After much negotiation they came and removed surround countertops we refused to allow to strip and seal in our new kitchen also will not refund our money we over paid. I would never use this company unless you’re a mass producer of cheaper homes."

"Carl and Willy were EXCELLENT installers!! They are brothers with 15+ years experience (2020) and it shows. I will be requesting these two when it comes time to renovate the upstairs vanities!!
