"Exceptional customer service! I didn’t even go into the store. Don gave me the specs on a few GE washer and Dryers over the phone. He had a dryer that had a scratch on it, so it was $200 off. He ordered me the matching washer. I was waiting just over a week for the new washer to arrive. Don called me when a scratch/dent of the exact one I ordered had just come into stock… saving me $220! I was shocked when he sent me a picture and said he could have them delivered within a day. He took care of scheduling delivery. He emailed me the receipt crediting my card $220. From beginning to end… exceptional customer service! Don was so patient and knowledgeable about the products. It’s rare to find customer service like this, so I felt the need to write this review."

"A great experience all around from Recker and Boerger! A great visit to just look around and none of the salesmen were too pushy. Very fair pricing and we got some great deals in the scratch & dent section. When we had our decisions made, Robby was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process! Delivery and install was quick and easy with Mike and Al! Very kind guys that got all the new stuff in and all the old stuff out quickly and safe. "I needed a new furnace. Based on the recommendation of friends, I went online and requested a quote from Recker and Boerger. I got a call from Allen to finalize some details and I received a quote immediately. I also asked for a quote from another firm that I have used in the past. Bottom line, Recker and Boerger had a great price and were able come the next day and install it. They did a great job. I found out a few minutes after the installers left that they had programmed the humidifier to run constantly instead of JUST when the furnace ran. I called. They had someone out the next day who fixed it in 5 minutes. I recommend these folks very highly. Before and after pictures included."
