"First of all, I would like to say that we loved this company when it was Best Plumbing. Had someone come out to check a leak in our ceiling about three weeks ago. The service man could not find anything, even though it was located next to another spot in the ceiling that they had come out about before. The first time that they were out, they were still owned by best plumbing, and they fixed the leak by replacing the handles and hoses to my washer. I wish that they would have sent the original person that fixed it before. My real complaint is that they said that they would honor a $25 coupon from best plumbing. The person forgot to add the coupon but, said that they would credit me. My husband and I have called three times and no one will call us back or refund/honor the $25 coupon. we will not be using them again."

Leon was extremely knowledgeable of both what options might suite our needs but also very observant on how best re-route and 'clean-up' existing plumbing. In the end, Leon left us with a high functioning system, a better routed plumbing system with proper shut-offs and most importantly ease of mind.
