"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment for refrigerator service and was informed all appointments are held with a credit or debit card. I asked if my card would be charged prior to the appointment and was informed I wouldn't be charged until I signed an invoice. Before I even hung up my card was charged $69.99. I called back to inquire about the charge and was told that because I used a debit card, the full service call fee was charged immediately. Apparently if I had used a credit card I would have seen a $0.01 charge. Trying to get them to cancel the service call and reverse the charge has been an absolute nightmare. I've encountered multiple rude representatives and have been hung up on, as has my partner when he called on my behalf. Stay far away from these guys."
"Scheduled an appointment with them to fix a broken dishwasher. Technician never showed up. Called to ask for an ETA, they said they’d call me back, and never did. Called back and cancelled appointment after they offered to rebook. Disappointed as I took time to work from home to be here."
