"Real nice guy at this location but seems to be a one man show. Needs some help. Several people waiting when I turned my car in. Phone ringing none stop and the agent trying to rent cars, check in cars, juggle the phone, etc. Took 45 minutes just to drop car off."

"Switched cars because a donut wasn't going to get me home, so they gave me a busted car, with the transmission fuild then when I went to get it switched again at the location I was told to go just to be todl that customer assistance was wrong and abandoned me to wait 6 hour to be picked up by my friend .1/10 wouldn't recommend."

"We picked up a truck that had previously been scratched and we notified the worker and he said that they had already put a claim on it and to not worry about it then about a week after we returned it they are trying to charge me $1800 for the repairs. I highly recommend that you take photo of your vehicles that your rent that way they dont try to screw you over. Will never use enterprise again!!!"
