"They're busy, and there's a good reason why. When my washer started leaking, I did my basic troubleshooting and couldn't figure it out. They came in and diagnosed it in about 2 minutes. It took a day or two for the part to come in because I don't have a standard washing machine but as soon as it arrived they fixed it, calibrated the machine and made sure everything was up and running. No run around. Prices were fair and they were super friendly, quick and helpfu,l with a bunch of tips to help me extend the life of my appliances while they were here."

"We used Rippe for a repair to our microwave and refrigerator freezer/ice maker. They were professional, on time, and continued to come out until the jobs were complete.
